Joy, a feeling so pure, one doesn't need a reason to embrace its warmth. You could just be all by your lonesome, have nothing on your plate, and simply fall into the arms of this serene blend of happiness and peace. Alas, it's the one feeling that everyone constantly longs for. Join us on this voyage to discover what it feels to be completely enveloped by Joy. Discovering joy – find the sun in your soul
The thrill of a first kiss, the ecstasy of a long-awaited reunion, the end of a gruelling semester; joy, like love, is a mercurial force that eludes any definition. Despite being omnipresent in nature, it is an emotion that is fleeting, elusive, tangible and yet, it is something that we all crave.
As the human race, we are innately driven to pursue joy and evade pain. In a society of frenetic pace and pervasive technology, we are conditioned to associate joy with achievements, material possessions and social media validation.
But what if true joy is hidden in the crevices of the present, in the moments that we often overlook?
If there is one thing that I learned from Joy in Pixar's "Inside Out," it is to focus on the positives, as there is already a lot of negativity out there. By intentionally directing your attention to your breath, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment, you can foster joy in life.
Envision yourself taking a break from the hectic rhythm of everyday life. Sit down, inhale deeply, feel the gentle kiss of the breeze and the soft touch of the sun on your skin. In this moment, you are practicing mindfulness which is a technique for cultivating joy.
Shift your focus from dwelling about the past or fretting about the future to being present in the current moment. A quiet moment alone, a warm cup of coffee, the blushing evening sky, petrichor after rain's first sight; what are these but simple pleasures.
The world has so much to offer if only we take a peek. Joy is in the moments that we cherish and the people that we have known. So, look around, and you will find Joy waving at you with both her arms up in the air.

What aroused the best language in the world?
Just as a toy, my life went on,
unknown were all the emoticons;
but, what if an emotion, peeps into the heart of a toy?
perhaps it happened, it was truly hard to handle…Oh Boy!
Odyssey of various emotions getting installed in me,
portrayed vivid imagery of the goodness breeze over my life’s sea;
cold was it while it approached and hot it became as it left,
still puzzled was the toy, unknown of what emotion it had just set.
Yonder is the breeze which left, leaving the toy alone,
made it understand the best language in the world was Smile;
hence, the toy wanted to know what seemed to have aroused it?
so, I urge you now to read the first alphabet each stanza begins with,
what you find out is……….JOY!!!
